The cavity can be utilized for electrical or data communication services and infilled with insulation material to enhance the acoustic performance.

This system can be used to form factory dividing Jumbo Walls, which can achieve heights of 12 metres. Fire resistant up to 4 metres and sound resistant up to 80dB.
